Well, actually the answer to this is obvious. As this effect possesses a lens row with 7 lenses which rays split on a big area, giving the impression of a fan made out of a stream of lights. Hereby, the lenses can either be switched simultaneously or consecutively, so that the fan opens up step by step.
Equipped with 9 LEDs per lens, each of a 5 mm diameter, it produces an amazing brightness and intensity; it certainly takes care for your wellbeing, but on its very own, peculiar and colorful way.
